Tires are good and service is quick. The quoted price is what you pay out the door. The problem? They do NOT honor their guarantee. They will quote you 40,000 miles but do not indicate mileage on the receipt. Then they tell you the factory calculates the mileage. I just had a tire that developed a bubble. They then told me I drove 3 times the miles I knew I had. Be Careful.
This may be a small shop, but the service and honesty made up for that. I was quoted at other places over $1000 for tires and the people at Jimbo's quoted me a little over $700. I have since bought used tires there as well and they only gave me the best they had. My take is that anyone honest enough to save me money instead of pushing the expensive product down my throat deserves a good review
