No clue how it happened, but I was left a wonderful voicemail today on my work phone by someone who works here. Somehow, something happened on my end while I was out of office and this number was called. Because nobody was on my side of the phone, the man called back and said, “I called back and said hello, hello, hello three times and nobody answered so you can go f- yourself.” I wouldn’t trust this company based on that interaction. Very unprofessional.

I brought my mothers chair to David in July. I was told that the process would take 4 to 6 weeks. I left a deposit for material and the chair with David. After not hearing anything by September I reached out to David and was told there had been a delay and the chair would be finished in 2 weeks. After about 5 weeks I began trying to call again the second week of October and have not been answered. I have left voice-mail and text messages with no response. David and Bob did a fantastic job on my 49 year old Sturbridge bed canopy. The canopy is stronger then when it was new. The cost to repair was very fair, they finished on time and even put the crochet cover on for me. I am very pleased with their workmanship.
