Do not recommend for well services. Angela is great, Dave not so much. The guys they sent, one didn't seem to know what he was doing and the other said "I knew this was going to happen" when I called to complain that they left me in a worse situation than I was. If you knew it was going to happen WHY DID YOU DO IT?? I was tempted to cancel my check. Oh and they went to get bolts, came back with the wrong size, took another 40 minutes to go get the right size and I was charged for it. Lesson learned, I hired another company t... read more

Got a frozen 3/4 inch line from well to house. It was a 300$ dollar non refundable deposit and another 425$ and sadly my freeze isn’t resolved. Guys were good. Ladies on phone were ok. They don’t tell u payment is due immediately when they leave and you are giving a worker bee your credit or debit card. Didn’t so much like that. Nor not being told that in advance. I’m a small business owner and wouldn’t ever do that. So very expensive. Very. I even brought my own equipment out to pull the well pump adapter with my tractor. E... read more

Federal plumbing came on a weekend and solved an electrical problem as opposed to a plumbing problem. Awesome. i have them used them for years and never had an issue. Always reasonably priced too.

Super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Steve was amazing and knew the equipment and all the issues to maintain and fix my tankless heater units. Dave hooked me up with 5 star service!
