NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY!!I I hired them for my daughters grad and paid for a party bus! 800.00! No bus shows upon… they claim literally ten min before the expected arrival time that the bus broke down! and they send an old musty torn leather limo with NO AC…. So They did offer us another two hr discounted spot…. To compensate … so I trusted them again! STUPID ME… Requested the party bus for my next grad yesterday!! Super belle expérience avec la compagnie. Quelques petits problèmes avec le AC et des petits retards mais dans l’ensemble je suis plus que satisfait. Ils m’ont même dédommagé pour les petits problèmes.
Very disappointed in this company! We booked a Federal Limousine Party Bus to transport our guests to a wedding. They were over 20 minutes late arriving and the vehicle was in very poor condition. I wish I had read their reviews beforehand.
Absolutely worst service you can ever get ! Limo bus had NO AC, things were falling apart in the limo, and it was beyond dirty. We had to keep the door open so we could breathe. We didn't risk standing up because of the dors being wide open the whole ride there and back !! Safety issues 100%. The company reached out and OFFERED compensation for the inconvenience, and said they would call me but then they never responded to any texts calls or emails when they got their money!!
