We booked this service well in advance for a bachelorette, only to have it cancelled at the very last minute, with the excuse that the bus had “broken down on the way” to pick us up. While unexpected issues can happen, the way they handled it was beyond disappointing. Instead of offering a real solution, they told us that had we been closer to the city, they could’ve arranged a backup. This makes absolutely no sense, either you offer reliable service or you don’t. HORRIBLE service, booked a limo for 24 people and one for 12 showed up leaving half of my party stranded. Requested refund and they still have not paid, every time I call they say “it will be done today for sure”. Do not waste your money
