STAY AWAY! They canceled 2 hours before they were supposed to pick up our wedding party. Imagine finding out your limo isn’t coming the morning of your wedding? They offered no solution, no alternative plan, nothing. They said the car “broke down” which seems to be the excuse they give everyone after reading some other reviews. It’s a week later and the bride is still waiting for a refund. They keep giving her excuses as to why they haven’t sent her the money. Avoid at all costs.
TERRIBLE service. Cancelled on the day of the wedding with no solutions and still no refund. I’d give 0 stars if I could
0 stars. Cancelled the reservation ON THE WEDDING DAY and haven’t given a refund.
Left me and my wedding party stranded on my wedding day. Still no refund. I’ve been patient and respectful, but this is completely unprofessional. Would not recommend booking with this company unless you want unnecessary stress on your big day.
