Not sure anyone at this company has gained consciousness. We had the “luxury” of being picked up 2 hours late and held waiting for 4 hours prior to our second scheduled pickup. If you hate being on time, love being treated like a burden and engaging with people with no sense of awareness, you’ll love federal limousine! Definitely ask for Rick! 1 star. Legitimately the worst service I’ve ever received.
Simply the worst. Two hours late, dropped us off, four hours later for pickup. Zero communication. Would never use. Walk instead.
Deuxième expérience pour nous, (nous avions un crédit puisque la première fois ne s'était pas bien passée. J'ai laissé une deuxième chance, mais là plus jamais.) Nous sommes un groupe de 30 personnes. Nous avons réservé 2 party bus pour le groupe. Ils sont arrivés avec plus de 20 minutes de retard, quand j'ai appelé pour savoir si les limousines arrivaient on me mentionne qu'il seront là dans 6-7minutes. Limousine en retard de 1h15 dans une soirée prévu d’avance, besoin d’arrêter gazer en plus! Manque total de professionnalisme. Mauvais chauffeur. Retard sur notre soirée au complet! Soirée complètement gâcher!!
