Our personal experience was very favorable, we had Federal inspect our existing gas logs to determine if they were safe, they were and they credited half the cost against the price of the new fireplace glass. The installed Stoll product looks great, Ron did a prompt and professional installation, including a replacement remote control. All in all, Federal and their team exceeded our expectations.
