While their prices are a bit steep, the staff is a nice bunch and they carry just about everything one would need for medical needs; from tape to commode chairs.
The owners and staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and go way beyond the regular call of duty to satisfy their customers needs. I could tell you stories, but I don't want them to recognize me! I've been shopping for medical products there since 2007: the year I moved here to Santa Barbara, and honestly, their prices are even lower than some online "discount" sellers, only online one has to wait a week to receive items and one doesn't get their warm "hello!" This pharmacy provides excellent service and good products with a personal touch, trusted ethics and professional quality. The owner is unbeatable and the staff reflects his leadership.
I have been going to this pharmacy for quite sometime. It is close & convenient to my home. The staff has been very nice & pleasant to deal with except for one person. The red haired female is a bit rude at times but other than that everyone else is great to deal with.
Professional, friendly, patient-oriented. I have a severely disabled brother and am in the pharmacy at least once a week for something or other. Always feel welcome and confident. While I usually call my prescription refills ahead of time, on those occasions when I've had to "fly by", there never has been a wait of any significance. Also has some medical supplies not stocked commonly elsewhere. A REAL drug store!
Extremely helpful and knowledgable in all different areas of medicine and medical needs. Very pleasant as it is still a pharmacy where they care and small enough in getting to know the individuals.
