I've been trying to get a hold of someone for three business days to ask a few questions that I have and I can not get anyone to answer the phone. The auto attendant drops calls after waiting for 20 seconds.
I received excellent service and communication when working with Lillyan at FABCO. There was a discrepancy with my consumer report, and she was able to get the fix in and corrected so my apartment complex no longer thinks I’m a criminal! The VP was exceptional as well, talking me through how and why these things sometimes happen as well as following up with the proper reporting agencies to further implement a permanent fix. Thank you!

I'm not looking to settle with you or your company. Your claims about your system are bullshit. To this day I see Fabco on my credit report.
I lived at the woods in Centerville in 2016. Paid rent on time every month. Paid a five hundred dollar security deposit. Had the apartment professional cleaned before moving out at the end of the lease. Didn't get along with the property manager at the time. Two years later started getting notices from this company that I owed them three hundred and twenty seven dollars.
