Im being scanmed by Showtime Management in Columbus Ohio. Fabco is trying to collect against me for time, I wasnt even in the apartment. I never owed Showtime money they gave me a 30 day notice during pandemic because I was 5 days late paying my rent. Then they tried to scam me. The rent was paid and I didnt owe anything. I've been trying to get a hold of someone for three business days to ask a few questions that I have and I can not get anyone to answer the phone. The auto attendant drops calls after waiting for 20 seconds.
I received excellent service and communication when working with Lillyan at FABCO. There was a discrepancy with my consumer report, and she was able to get the fix in and corrected so my apartment complex no longer thinks I’m a criminal! The VP was exceptional as well, talking me through how and why these things sometimes happen as well as following up with the proper reporting agencies to further implement a permanent fix. Thank you!
my reply to fabco reply. My full name is Robert Dezarn. That should be enough for you to pull up my account. You will receive the attorney information when the lawsuit is filled. I'm not looking to settle with you or your company. Your claims about your system are bullshit. To this day I see Fabco on my credit report.
