HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ... Can't get a regular schedule, can't get Caregivers to show up on time (95% late /missed altogether), can't get most caregivers to follow instructions, they don't understand basics of science (physics, geometry, biology, etc.), and many INSIST on moving my property, inclusive of medications, "re-organizing", so it cannot be found when needed /wanted, and NOT PUTTING THINGS BACK when moved, nearly cut my finger BAD after scissors no put back in place!
