STOP READ: DO NO USE THIS AGENCY-The caregivers they send do not understand the language my husband speaks (english) and our culture (the american culture). My husband is 98% deaf and disabled and really needs someone who can understand his language and his culture. Because of this one of the caregivers allowed my very sick husband to take his 900 milligram Seriquel and 1750 milligram Depokate twice in a 6 hour period over 4000 milligrams which could have stopped his heart. I visited Fedelta health care office and I received an outstanding customer service from JESI OGO . She was extremely phenomenal and she exceeded my expectations. The people at Fedelta work conscientiously to serve the needs of my elders. They have done a perfect job for our family since 2022. When elders have memory issues, caregivers become very useful. It was important for us to give them time to work their way into performing household tasks because we used to do it all ourselves!
I can't believe that this has a five-star rating! They must have their own people posting a review! There is no way this place gets four five stars, when it is the worst caregiving company I have ever dealt with DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY! YOU DON'T GET THE CARE THAT YOU DESERVE FROM THIS COMPANY
