We only offer personal training at our Gym. There are NO Memberships. We have 50 certified, licensed and insured personal trainers. All training sessions are around 55 minutes in length. We provide Weight training, circuit training, Pilates, yoga, functional training and more. All of your workouts are designed with you, to meet all your needs and requests. I’ve been coming here for about four years now. I trained with the owner of the business Fedele De Santis. He’s been in the business a long time. He’s had his place for over 27 years. It’s really beautiful inside. Very clean. Everybody’s very friendly. There’s more equipment than you can imagine. I have a lot of injuries. He’s extremely patient and polite with me. And I’ve never felt better. I’m very grateful for his knowledge and guidance. I highly recommend this place.
