An MRI for an issue with my pancreas showed I have a pericardial cyst, and I was referred to Dr Fedalen, who ordered another scan zeroing in on that issue. It showed my cyst is about 2.5"x1.6" (6.5x4.1 cm). I asked why there are only 2 dimensions given when any object has 3 dimensions, and got no answer. Friendly staff. Superb surgeon. Fixed my pneumothorax robotically and cleared my father in-law's carotid of plaque buildup beautifully with zero complications.
Wife had corotid artery surgery two years ago and has been in pain ever since. Will not return to him for next carotid surgery if required. He admitted he had touched a nerve that he shouldn’t have.

Dr Fedalen was very quick to diagnose my problem and set a plan in motion. He is very knowledgeable and personable. I was glad to have this Dr. Taking care of me. Excellent staff and Dr.Fedalen will explain everything to you in language you can understand. He does not talk "down" to you. He tells it like it is and has has a general sense of humor. I feel at ease with this Dr. I recommend Dr. Fedalen to anyone with a vascular problem.
