We stood in line for abor 30 minutes before my wife and I were acknowledged. The hostess walked by us several times and others who were in line and purposely didn't make eye contact. We understood it was busy and she was doing multiple things, but a simple "Welcome in and I'll be with you as soon as I can" would have been great. FED was such a pleasant surprise. The menu had plenty of appealing choices, and everything we ordered was flavorful, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared. The service was genuinely friendly, and the relaxed atmosphere made the meal even better. I really enjoyed the whole experience and would gladly come back to try more of the menu.
