I would honestly like to post zero stars but this isn't possible. Ricky Nash. That's his name, don't bother with this guy. Charming but a total thief. We had a work plan and schedule of payment. The work started but then so did the excuses. The work schedule went out the window, dragging on for weeks as did the payment plan. We gave him some money but had to kick him out. Features Improvements and Ricky Nash are a joke. Really don't bother, don't take the risk. You have been warned!!

DO NOT USE THIS GUY OR COMPANY......Ricky Nash is his name and has stolen £1800 from me for a job that he said would only be 2-3 days work, replacing 3 panels each side of my drive. Asked for payment of materials upfront which I transferred into his private account as he asked. Then asked for some more so that he could start the job a few weeks later after me chasing him for over a month. Gives the sob story of how times are hard etc....just complete bull as the nice Range Rover on his drive with a private plate is still the... read more
