DO NOT USE THIS GUY OR COMPANY......Ricky Nash is his name and has stolen £1800 from me for a job that he said would only be 2-3 days work, replacing 3 panels each side of my drive. Asked for payment of materials upfront which I transferred into his private account as he asked. Then asked for some more so that he could start the job a few weeks later after me chasing him for over a month. When the patio was completed originally, it looked like a great job. Unfortunately, it turned out that he hadn't laid the solid base he said he had and the slabs started cracking. Kept promising to come round and take a look, but consistently failed to turn up. After 2 years we have given up and are having to pay someone else to re-lay the slabs.

Been ripped off by Ricky. Paid a deposit for materials and didn't to the work. Managed to get through to his wife and rescheduled. Didn't show up and no sign of the return of my deposit. Stay well clear of this guy.

Very disappointed with the workmanship on a recent slabbing job. The slabs were uneven, poorly laid, and already showing signs of movement. When I raised my concerns, Ricky became extremely rude and aggressive. Instead of addressing the issues professionally, he was verbally abusive and even made threats. I felt completely unsafe dealing with him. Avoid this company at all costs — not only is the quality substandard, but the behavior was unacceptable and intimidating.

Unfished work and disappeared! We were warned about cowboy builders. Ricky appeared friendly and knowledgeable. We had a written work agreement and payment plan for our new patio. The work started quickly but then slowed and after 3 weeks stopped. During this time Ricky asked for the money which was to be paid after completion. We gave him some but refused to give him all. That's when he disappeared and blocked our numbers. He left unfinished and shoddy work and a big pile of rubbish behind. Not recommended!!!!
