Pancakes arrived cold and so rubbery that I was more tearing the pieces from the whole than cutting them. Coffee, for a breakfast place, was only so-so, and because the staff was so busy (understaffed?) refills were rare. When we were ready to leave and had not seen the server in ages, I assumed that we were to pay on the way out but saw another server taking payment at the table. Features has been a go-to in my family since I was a kid. Food is always amazing, I especially love the bruschetta skillet and the eggs Florentine! Their home fries are my favourite!! They will never let your coffee cup go empty either :)

I do love a good diner but this one misses the mark. I never write negative reviews, but this place could do so much better. They are in a prime location and there are many theatre goers in town and of course locals. The floor was sticky, took forever for our server to take our order. I waited for 15 minutes for coffee. They were busy but had lots of staff. Once we got the food, items were room temp and there were eggshells in my eggs. After asking for the bill it took a good 10 minutes for it to come.

Best breakfast place in Stratford! I ordered the skillet, Eggs Benedict, and a black coffee. Everything was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The portions were generous, the coffee was great, and the service was friendly and fast. I really enjoyed my meal and will definitely be back. Highly recommend…
