Customer service is rude and no manners. Request to cancel the order due to the website reset size selection in the cart (ridicious), requested 2 mins after placing the order and they get back after 3 days claimed it's processed and ask me to read the Terms & Conditions. DO NOT SHOP here if you dont wanna be treated as a idiot. And Feature, please spend more time on building your website and training employees than writes the non sense terms and conditions
Just left 5min ago after being followed through the store as I walked through the store walked up stairs looking looking for a shirt and pants for my bday I noticed I was being followed and watched very hard I felt uncomfortable while trying to shop so I said something to the employee that was following and watching me and his response was “SORRY BROTHER” I’m assuming the manager was standing there on the computer and said NOTHING to his employee for the racial profiling that had just occurred I have shopped here before I di... read more
