Great homes, great neighbors & neighborhood! Buying our new home with Ideal home was great, from the builders through to the finish inspector and beyond so far.
We bought a house less then a year ago from Ideal. We have had nothing but problems. Our house was poorly structured. We have been fighting with them since we moved in to get things fixed and nothing has been fixed yet. for example our cabinets where sprayed instead of painted. I have stain all over my brand new walls. Uneven back splash, cabinet doors won’t close, counters tops uneven. No grout in my upgraded floors. The list goes on and on.
