Featherstone is under new management and a great place to work. I worked there as the Director of Nursing and the new owner and Administrator are wonderful. The residents will steal your heart. If you’re a team player and love working with the elderly to give them quality care. Featherstone Assisted living is a great place for you.

I would recommend that anyone looking for a great place to work don’t go there. I worked there for one month and quit. The administrator is a bully and she never does her own job. She’s always finding faults in others and tears them down. The staff is never appreciated or educated appropriately. So many issues at this facility. If you would like to keep your certifications avoid this place. Also corporate does not care about you, it’s very apparent.

This is literally the worst place I have ever worked, and I started as a CNA/Med Tech over 30 years ago. It is by far the lowest paying place to work, coming in at EIGHT dollars below my current pay rate. The day this new administrator took over, was the moment this place began to fall apart. absolute worst place to work at! administrator is absolutely terrible, she lies, screams and yells at staff and residents like they are trash.. she has anger problems and is just running that place into the ground. she accepts residents that will require more care than what an assisted living can offer them which is unfair to the residents, she runs all her staff off, she will lie to avoid any kind of trouble from state, corporate etc.. she never fixes or updates the building, if something breaks it remains broken. she liter... read more

This is the absolute worst place to take your loved ones! It is disgusting, disorganized and out of date, from the plumbing to the decor, the administration is a joke! The current upper staff is lazy and rude and harsh! The way she speaks to our older generation is deplorable! Can’t believe someone like her is on a place of power!
