I spoke with Charles seeking the value of a vintage Danish leather suite I had inherited from my parents. He was extremely helpful, undertaking some research and sending me the results several hours later. Very kind and helpful and beyond what I was expecting. I have also purchased furniture from Featherstone Interiors in the past and the level of service is exemplary and the quality of the furniture is excellent.
Honestly,as well as beautiful furniture,the service is above and beyond! Charles you made our moving house so much easier, why would you buy furniture anywhere else? If I could rate you higher I would!
Highly recommended!!! Brilliant after sale service. Our tenants accidentally broke a blind that had been purchased from Featherstone Interiors over 10 years ago. I was expecting to need to purchase another but Charles assured me it was easily fixable. He was incredibly helpful and responsive - collected, fixed and then refitted the blind for a tiny fraction of the price that it would have cost to replace it and it’s like new! Exceeded expectations!
Featherston has by far the most well curated selection of interiors in Hobart and all staff members are knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. They also take great care to deliver items in a timely manner, and very carefully, protecting both the items delivered and the home they’re delivering to. Each piece I have bought remains treasured, standing the test of time. I highly recommend Featherston Interiors!
