I received a certificate for a massage here. Not only was my massage SO good, but the services and products they offer are exquisite. Very great experience and I highly recommend!!
To be clear, this is not a spa. This is people giving massages in hotel rooms. Maybe it used to be a spa, but as of 12/28 it is not. My husband had gifted me with a massage treatment, which I was really looking forward to as I only treat myself to a massage like once a year. When we checked in at the Peabody, I went to the spa to see if there might be an appointment available to get my husband a facial or a massage as well. We had an appointment and they had an issue with flooding which is not a problem other than the fact that no one called me so completely wasted my time and then we had to stand a wait an entire half an hour to wait for our car. I have frequented this spa countless times and the decline in service is alarming. We don’t have any other decent spas in Memphis so maybe just skip until you go to a better place. Do not recommend
The Peabody is our favorite staycation. We love to go a few times a year and have a nice dinner downtown, dance at Rumba room, book a couples massage at Feathers and stay the night. Ismael is the best and I always ask for him when we go, but they are all excellent there. Beautiful facility, complimentary champagne and great service. Love it!
