when I first met Shirley my hair had been fried and was heavily damaged. She discussed a plan to get my hair into better shape. She is knowledgeable and skilled in her profession. I had an amazing experience with Shirley. She nailed it with my hair! I asked for a partial lived in highlight with previously toned hair. She gave me a shadow root with a color touch up, with new highlights brought in. My hair came out feeling fresh, looking beautiful and not damaged! Gave me the bit of brightness I needed and I love it!
