If I could give this a negative star rating, I would definitely do so. The ESL manager at the park is a bully! He loves to intimidate residents. He and assistant spend 30 minutes every hour outside smoking behind the office building. (If you come to the office and the door is locked, walk around back and there they'll be!) Yards ares in terrible shape. Most lawns are either weeds or dirt. Houses look atrocious with black mold and rusty roofs. Selective enforcement of the rules!
