I hope that my experience is not typical, but I waited 25 minutes after my appointment time. My stylist did not come to let me know she was running behind. After she was done with the previous client, she looked through pictures on her phone and visited with the client. I had 30-45 minutes for my hair cut and style over lunch. I left without getting my hair cut. I’m sorely disappointed in the service.
Susie does my cuts and colors. She's incredibly talented. The salon is always clean and busy.
I went to go get highlights and they lowkey suck like you can’t see the blue and it didn’t even last that long. Super nice ladies though just would not come back! :)
