We had a great time here. The photos just don’t do the property justice. The cabooses are tidy, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious. The pool was immaculately clean and refreshing. The staff was warm, welcoming, and accommodating. A top notch stay from check-in to check-out.
It was our first time taking our new travel trailer out so we wanted to stay local. The featherbed is new at RVs and trailers. The only thing I wish they had were hookups other than that it's a beautiful place. The owners are so sweet and make you feel right at home. They brought our breakfast to our trailer for us which was delicious. I have stayed in the cabooses before and they are awesome. I would highly recommend you try the experience of their cabooses. This place is such a awesome place to stay!! We had rode the Skunk Train in Willits in mid-august 2025 and I found this place as it was on the way back and thought it would be a good finish and a surprise for my guy to finish off our train trip. It did not disappoint!! We arrived 1.5 hrs early and the office was closed which I get. I called the number on the door and Allie answered.
