Never got waxed. The person doing it had health issues and was not there. When someone answered the door she stated she did not know how long it would be before the person arrived. It’s polite to give a new customer a heads up if running late or health issue arises. Everyone appreciated appreciates a text or call. It says feathersoft in the add. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Sara! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and welcome. She was quick, professional, and super friendly. Honestly one of the best Brazilian waxes I’ve had—highly recommend!
I have had several procedures done by Sara at Feather Soft Skin and she was amazing. I would highly recommend her both professionally and personally. She is very knowledgeable about facials and her waxing process is incomparable. She’s top of her class and has won the catergory for Best Esthetician several years now. She is the very best I have ever been to. I highly recommend her.
Watch your credit cards!! I was charged a cancelation fee for an appointment I didn't make. I was told to check my email for proof, no email. Supposedly I "made an appointment in person for a time slot not available online " in no way did I do that. I call and schedule waxes as I need them, never have I EVER scheduled waxes in advance. Went for the first time last Friday and Sara is fantastic!!! So welcoming, easy to talk to, and just a kind soul. Also did a great job on my wax and it barely hurt!! I will definitely be returning.
