i WAITED 3 WEEKS TO HAVE A DMV LICENSE FORM FILLED IN. THEN AT THE OFFICE ANOTHER 2 HOURS. THE DOCTOR SAID FOR ME TO COME BACK IN 2 WEEKS TO FILL OUT THE FORM. I WAS PISSED AND DO NOT RECOMMEN THIS PLACE. I CALLED MEDICARE AND THEY SAID TO FILE ACOMPLAINT WITH THEM. I ASKED FOR NON-PAYMENT FOR NON SERVICES FROM MEDICARE
