Our dog needed an emergency surgery and without hesitation this clinic was able to take our information while we were in the car driving here and they were ready and quick to act as soon as we walked in the door. Caring staff, above and beyond competent, compassionate, and efficient doctors. Saved our fur baby and kept in touch with us through the whole process. I can’t say enough good things about this clinic.

For those who are planning to visit this clinic, I would strongly recommend reading the 1-star reviews. You will see that in this clinic, the staff and doctors are primarily focused on making as much money as possible. And secondly, they will not be able to save your pet if it’s an emergency case. Exotic vet doctors are harder to find, and especially for bunnies. My bunny has been there a few times, and we don't even live on the Windward side - but this place welcomes and cares for bunnies 24/7. I'm super grateful for the veterinarians, vet techs, and front desk people here - they have all been so kind and caring to my bunny. My bun has done one overnight stay here, and one day observation stay here, as well. Highly recommend! Our sweet black lab has been a patient here for many years and recently had a large cyst removed by Dr Cherish. Very smooth experience and the team took great care of our boy. I love that they don’t try to get you to buy their expensive food or urge you to get extra tests. They are not pushy at all. So refreshing after going to other vets who try to get you to spend unnecessary money. I wouldn’t go anywhere else on island!

My cat was suffering from a heart failure episode late at night so we took him to feather and fur to get him stabilized and in the oxygen chamber. We were aware of his condition and had been working with our veterinarian to manage his medications and hopefully give him a long a lifespan as possible.
