We love Feather and Fur! The staff is very caring and you can tell that they love animals. Our one dog gets nervous at the vet and they always make her feel comfortable and give her the best care. The office is very nice and clean. Their online portal make scheduling appointments and refills easy. They are also very helpful if you call them with questions or concerns.

Exotic vet doctors are harder to find, and especially for bunnies. My bunny has been there a few times, and we don't even live on the Windward side - but this place welcomes and cares for bunnies 24/7. I'm super grateful for the veterinarians, vet techs, and front desk people here - they have all been so kind and caring to my bunny. My bun has done one overnight stay here, and one day observation stay here, as well. For those who are planning to visit this clinic, I would strongly recommend reading the 1-star reviews. You will see that in this clinic, the staff and doctors are primarily focused on making as much money as possible. And secondly, they will not be able to save your pet if it’s an emergency case. I like a lot of the vets at feather and fur. Dr. Charlene is very nice and kind and knowledgeable and Dr. Tobin did my dogs surgery everything went well and kept me updated on everything I needed to know and spoke with me when I had any concerns post surgery. Today I was there seeing the vet and after my visit during check out I had a couple questions. Scroll down through theirs reviews, check the one stars! This place is all about money!!!!! They call your pet “your family’s last name” to create some rapport to rip of your money! They are an ethical and over charge every thing!!!!! Two weekends ago we took our cat there, the initial diagnosis was “urinary blockage” he was discharged after 2 days but we need to take him back the very next day because urinary blockage happened again, $2,400hundreds for the weekend + $860 for 3 hours on the second visit!
