What started off as a great experience left us completely shattered. We were told in July of 2024 how amazing and healthy our 10 year old dog was, and were further told that she would be a great candidate for a surgery that they claimed she needed. This vet is really expensive. Before maybe three to four maybe five years ago, this vet was the best place to go in my opinion for my pets but now, it has been very upsetting. The employees here are very rude and they give attitude. You make an appointment and when you get there, they take almost an entire hour or sometimes even an hour before your pet is seen. Dr. Ayling and the vet techs have been amazing with our senior cat! We brought her to another veterinary center for the same issue multiple times without getting a diagnosis. Dr. Ayling got a full history, walked us through our testing and then treatment options and the costs for each before we made decisions. We appreciate the thoughtful transparency! They’re so good with her, and with us too! It’s easy to make appointments, and we’ve gotten multiple follow up calls to check on our girl.

I would say overall satisfied with the clinical services provided by the vets. However, my main piece of feedback would be to email invoices to clients whose pets are being put down because it was truly disheartening, as I was saying goodbye to my pet, having to discuss cost, handing over my form of payment, and then having an invoice handed to me so I couldn’t 100% focus on saying goodbye.
