Manager Sam was very rude and condescending. Asked to speak to OWNER and he stated the owner doesn't speak to customers. BBB will be hearing from me! I sent an email...... I requested a letter with a explanation about how the account was handled. The Manager Sam, I spoke to was very rude and kept interrupting me every time I tried to speak. I placed my order by phone, This company is quick and reliable, very happy with my order ! I hate waiting for things by delivery but they sent it to me so quickly ! Phone ordering was extremely efficient, I would recommend this company to anyone looking for custom flags/banners ! Great quality and amazing service !
Ordered 8 of the banner flags for our soccer club. We loved them so much because of the quality and the great printing that we are going to order more.
This was my first time working with this company. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are so impressive! They were super courteous and cared about what I wanted. Placing my custom order with these guys was incredibly efficient and super easy. I was ordering 3 custom feather flags and had designs already laid out, and they were able to translate them and make all the changes I requested incredibly quickly. It was a pleasure to do business with people that actually know what they're doing! I haven't received my flags yet, but based on my ordering experience, I am sure they will be fantastic. ordered flags and did not send as promised. accused me of lying, and said I never responded with the type of flags we wanted through e-mail. Came home and forwarded the e-mail and also the screenshot of the phone call(she said maybe you made a mistake and called amazon) did not make a mistake and proved it! so I asked now that i proved it can you make it right and send me by overnight? she put me on hold called the owner and he said sorry nothing he could do! It could be because you replied back to Amazon's notification via your email, instead of logging in an replying via Amazon's messaging system.
