Called to inquire some information pertaining to the requirements for this mobile home park and management was very informative and helpful. Most of all she was very polite unlike other parks I had called.
This is the best over 55 senior mobile home park in Hemet, CA. They have great managers who help you when you need them. The residents are friendly. With regret I moved out of state and had to sell my mobile but remember wonderful memories living at this mobile home park.
I have lived here for going on 6 years and it's been 6 years of hell first was the tweaker manager at the time vandalizing my home and vehicle then she I report it I got it's he said she said and as of today my toilet and bathtubs have been backed up for 6 days and I am being ignored by management please if you reading this do not make the same mistake I have to not give these slumlords your money do not move in here it will save you a lot of grief
Since new managers were brought in almost 5 years ago, the park has been improved in so many ways. It is clean, many amenities in the park have been upgraded. People who were making trouble in the park have been evicted. Potlucks and events are held. We are lucky to live in this beautiful park with many trees and wildlife
I have lived in Acres of Paradise for 14 years. The previous manager and his wife were terrible, mean and vindictive. Thank goodness they have been removed. We have new managers who are wonderful. Things have completely changed in the Park. It is an older park but with random roads and trees. Not a conventional looking Park. We have a clubhouse, laundry facilities and a grassy area for pets to walk. I think it's reasonably priced for a monthly space rent although with new owners things could change. .
I love my home in Acres of Paradise Mobile Home Park in Paradise, California, and I like living in Paradise. My dog Tess slipped out of the yard to lay in the sun in the street in front of my home. A neighbor found her and took her to the manager (Nina Panek) so she could return her to her owner. Next day, when I found out where she was, I went to the manager’s home and asked for her back.
