Completely unprofessional and lack of respect for their patients time. A few days ago I made an appointment online through their facebook ad for Saturday 2/12 at 8:30am (only option available to select). The next day I get a phone call asking if I could move my appointment to 10am as there was a scheduling conflict, I agreed. Today the day of my appointment 12 minutes before Im supposed to be there I receive a text asking if a different day next week works to change my appointment.
