RecommendedI have been a loyal customer since day one! Their bbq salmon filets are perfect paired with a salad. Spicy Thai noodles, Asian chicken salad, traditional chicken salad and curry chicken salad are also delicious! Yesterday I put Lillie’s Smoky BBQ sauce (from Feast) and boneless, skinless chicken breasts in my slow cooker. Cooked on high for about 3 hours. Shredded the chicken, toasted a bun, and added more sauce. This made an outstanding sandwich!
What a great corner market with an eclectic variety of products which are produced locally like North Woods Ranch Meats and Mr G'z Slatherrring Sauce. Stop in for a great lunch too.

FOB is a great local market, complete with great fresh foods. They also have a few gluten free packages goods. I really really wish they would have a loaf of gluten free bread available, though, so that the sandwiches could be available to those who need gluten free bread. This small change would easily open up the market to entirely new clientele wanting sandwich options. Udi sandwich bread and bagels are easy to use. FOB is a great little market in Aspinwall with fabulous food and even more fabulous people. Everything there is amazing from the crab cakes to the curry chicken salad... and I didn't even mention the delicious gluten-free chocolate chips.
