Absolutely unorganized i had to take charge at my own moms funeral because no one knew what to do. demands money up front. Been waiting on death certificates and had call to find out they are there. They didn't have music at time of burial and said they didn't receive it. My mom's brother is a funeral director and he said that the the funeral was not legal because they did not even have a funeral director at the funeral
The worst funeral home I've ever been to. Staff was so unprofessional and lacked basic care for the deceased. -1 stars if I could.
I had a recent experience with Hope Garden. I was very disappointed.
