We offer services to help women feel strong, confident and educated about their health. We are here to support you through pregnancy, post natal recovery and into motherhood by providing tools to improve movement and ease pain. We also aim to debunk myths and ease fears through education. Women are capable and it's time to be fearless in life!

Tristan was amazing, Great deep massage, really helpful with all my problem areas and gave some great advice on stretching exercises to help some of my areas that needed relaxing will definitely go there again

Melissa has been a godsend for me and my health as I have worked my way back from debilitating back pain and many body issues. It was such a relief to find someone who would help me and tailor to my needs through exercise, strength training and massage. There is zero judgement from her, only loads of understanding and empathy when you haven’t felt comfortable with or in your body for many years. There really is no fear around exercise for me anymore and I have Melissa to thank for that.
I had an amazing massage with Mel! Her space was warm and welcoming, instantly putting me at ease. Mel’s expertise was clear from the start, and she tailored the massage perfectly to my needs. Her attention to detail and perfect pressure left me feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. If you're looking for a skilled therapist in a peaceful setting, I highly recommend Mel!
Hoooollllleeeyyyyy doooolllleeeeyyyy! I booked in with Tristan and all I can say is.. What a massage!! I all but hobbled in with ridiculous neck and back pain to the point of tears. Tristan worked his magic and I left feeling like the weight of the world had been lifted off my shoulders!!! 11/10 stars!!! Hands down one of the best massages I've ever had!!! Thankyou
