Personal training. You are the only student. Great instructor! Pushes you to do better each time through positive encouragement. Highly recommended. Jen is the best!
Jen does a great job, her place has always been clean and she practices social distancing.
Well if you want to sweat to the oldies or be whipped into shape let Jen take care of you. She'll strap cow bells to your earlobes if that's what it takes. There's no pressure to perform.... If your performing well. Otherwise she's a drill sergeant. Just kidding. She'll give you however much encouragement you may need or want. Just ignore her screaming in your ear to work harder. Ok just kidding again. She has biceps that put Gun manufacturers to shame. So you know she knows her business.
If you are looking for a personal trainer look no further. Jen is the best there is. Her schedule is flexible, her gym is always clean and she has quite an array of machines to work on. She will come up with the perfect plan to target the workout you need.
