I’ve been training off and on for many years. But mostly off the past couple of years. I’m 3 months into the Fearless style of training. I’m regaining range of motion, mobility and strength. I’m improving my endurance and fitness. I’m looking forward to dialing in my nutrition and dropping more body fat. Thank you Coach Ross for sharing your expertise and knowledge.
Although I didn't end up signing up for this gym, I appreciate the Instructor taking time out of his class to give me a quick run down on what their gym had to offer as I was jogging by a couple of weeks ago.
I moved to McDonough about two years ago and was looking for a gym home . Fearless has a great community of people to keep You motivated and coming back to class. It got me back on track and mentally and physically whole again . You won’t regret it !
