I recently visited this salon for a silk press, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Keep in mind that this was my first visit to the salon. While I understand my hair may need trimming or cutting, the owner spent a significant amount of time lecturing me—almost yelling—about the condition of my hair as she was styling it.
