I had a consultation appointment this morning and this attorney (Mr. Waddell) wanted to charge me $25,000 !! I was in shock when he told me that amount. I went to a second appointment for the same thing (chapter 7 bankruptcy) and was given a $1000.00 fee which I immediately said yes to, Do not go to Gabriel J Waddell for any representation he represents FRAUD !! SCAM!!
My husband and I met with Me. Waddell in Oct 2024. We filed in November and was discharged in March 2025. The process was quick and easy. We greatly appreciate Fear Waddell and their associates. Kayla was a huge help. I will be refering them to anyone who is looking to file bankruptcy.
