I’ve been going to Dr. Feanny for 25 years with me and my wife and my children and he is professional takes time with you and doesn’t try to put you on a prescription u don’t need and his manager Yesenia has a fantastic personality. She returns your phone calls and takes care of you. This is definitely the practice I will always go to!!!!!
As several other reviews shared, this office is a disaster. No follow through on pre-approvals. 2 months after being prescribed medication and still can't get my medication or an update on status. No reply to emails and when I call they promise to follow up but no one does. Also keep your receipts or bank records handy because their billing is another nightmare.
A group of doctors that understands the patient and very knowledgeable of the body. You are not just a number, they know you by name and the visits are more than a report but a friendly conversation. I am a middle age woman and I trust them because they have not instructed or directed me wrong. Severely anemic individual that refused their instruction of fusion but later agreed and it made a difference in my health. Doctor is great but the office simply does not return calls despite multiple attempts to reach them on time sensitive matters. Will likely seek another provider.
