Terrible. Very rushed service with no care. One eyebrow was extremely thinned and I had to get the other one thinned to match after seeing what she had done. So disappointing. And nothing was done to compensate for the botched job. Will be taking my business else where.
Don’t come here unless you want your brows permanently ruined! I have naturally full brows. I specifically told the threader that I did not want them thinned at all, just cleaned up and straightened. I even showed a picture of how I typically like them to look. Instead, she took off half of my eyebrow, and didn’t even clean it! It looks WAY worse than before! There’s a lady there with fake blonde hair who has cut me and all my friends eyebrows in HALF and it hurt so bad. We always just ask for a clean up. My friend’s eyebrows were crooked. It almost seems like she’s not licensed.
If i could give 0 stars i would. the first thing i said to this lady was I LIKE MY EYEBROWS THICK DONT TOUCH ANY OF MY EYEBROWS JUST CLEANUP AROUND THE EDGES. she literally took half of my eyebrows off, made them extremely thin the day before i go to Florida for spring break. I will NEVER come back.
Whenever I am in town, I have gone to this place since they were a kiosk in the middle of the mall. They have always been painfully fast (literally), but did a decent job. Last night, however was terrible. I just needed a cleaning around my brows, but instead she made my brows extremely thin and uneven.
