WORST EXPERIENCE EVER SHE WAS VERY ROUGH AND SHE LEFT ALOTS OF HAIR.
I have been going there a while but the communication is off and they are not giving me the arts that I want when I tell them.
Abysmal. Don’t know who they had working on Sunday, afternoon, 10/12/25 but they looked bored when we walked in and they proceeded to do the worst jobs on my teens brows. Even when she pointed out the bushy parts that were still left while looking in the mirror at the uneven work, this person just nodded and smiled. They had no idea what they were doing and shouldn’t have been any where near my kids brows with that thread. Uneven galore. Never again.
I had such a great experience with my face threading here! It was honestly one of the most painless threading sessions I’ve ever had. Nina was so gentle and took her time to make sure every area was perfectly done and my face was completely clear. I really appreciated her care and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be coming back!
