Completely unsatisfied with the service I received today. She was on the phone the entire time. It took a second glance for her to even acknowledge me in which I felt like I was interrupting her phone call. She only threaded the bottom of my brows and not the top. She did not shape them, trim them. They did my brows dirty today. Wayyyy too thin. And they’re uneven. Giving 2 stars cause i’ve had better service from them in the past. Service felt rushed.

I'm not sure who they hired to replace the regular staff here, but they made a terrible mistake from a business perspective. I will never come to the mall for brow threading again unless I see the usual people. When I arrived, there were two women sitting down, speaking Spanish, and they didn't even acknowledge me at first. I waited until they finally looked my way, and I asked if I could get my brows done.
