They did my brows dirty today. Wayyyy too thin. And they’re uneven. Giving 2 stars cause i’ve had better service from them in the past. Service felt rushed.
I'm not sure who they hired to replace the regular staff here, but they made a terrible mistake from a business perspective. I will never come to the mall for brow threading again unless I see the usual people. When I arrived, there were two women sitting down, speaking Spanish, and they didn't even acknowledge me at first. I waited until they finally looked my way, and I asked if I could get my brows done.
