I was told to come at 4 pm when I walk in she was on someone else head it’s now 8:54 pm and she still have not started on my head the service definitely went down hill. I came from out of town just to wait …Unprofessional
I really give it a 0 bad customer service I don’t know if it was the owner or what but she has a nasty attitude. She agreed to do my daughter hair and said I would need beads okay I told her I’ll go get the beads which was at 5 Star beauty store not far from there wasn’t even gone 15 minutes soon as I came back she act like I never told her that and started talking crazy. I’m glad I seen her true colors before she touched my baby hair. Won’t get $120 from me with that nasty attitude.
They do a great job on your braids, but I asked for larger parts of my hair to be included, so my hair wouldn't snap off when it started to grow out, but the stylist used a few strings of my hair which meant within a week and definitely by the 2nd and 3rd week my hair was snapping at the new growth with the least bit of pull as simple as pulling it back to put a Barrett on it. Lost several that way and had to remove some that probably would have snapped at the new growth if I had not taken it down. It would have been perfect... read more
