Robert at FDRW did an amazing job with my foundation inspection. So good in fact that BOTH real estate agents praised him for his experience and professionalism. The agents mentioned that some competitors were known for over stating damages and reccommending repairs such as underpining at $50k+ when they were not needed. I am glad to have had a trustworthy dependable expert.

I hired this company for a home in Mill Valley. They did an excellent job of describing the weakness in the structure and how to fix it. I will definitely use them again.
Robert is highly knowledgeable, professional and we highly recommend him. He was able to diagnose issues and establish solutions to a highly complex property where the home sits recessed from hillside slopes on two sides. His inspection isn’t free but you get what you pay for and Robert is the best!
