Stay away !! Heard he did fantastic work, but never did mine. Timeline: Received a quote Sept. 2015; Provided deposit 2nd week of October with timing of work to be doe last week October / 1st week November. 1st week of November made repeated phone calls(Never returned) He finally returned our call and wanted to do the work Thanksgiving weekend. Beware of this company. This contractor took a large deposit and never did the work or returned my calls. It took over 5 months to get my money back through the court. Untrustworthy company!
FDR Cement did a terrific job on our driveway. They were very professional - showed up on time every day. Left everything very clean - even our street. I would highly recommend them for any cement work.
We also had our driveway replaced in October, 2015 by FDR Cement. We were notified lien was placed against our property due to contractor not paying for cement. We are also taking legal action against Frank Rea and FDR Cement. We have attempted to contact the owner, Frank but he won't return calls.
FDR Cement replaced our driveway October,2015. We recently received a lien against our property from the cement company they purchased our cement from. Have been unable to contact Frank Rea - he won't return my calls. Going to file lawsuit against him to get this lien paid.
