I didnt have a pleasant 1st impression of the hospital. I had to call patient relations b/c either the ER staff or dr. refused to accept my father's phone in case he needed to reach me to assist him.
One representative told me that the reason why patients & family are separated in ER rooms is due to the "demographic" but quickly covered himself by stating that it is crowded. What demographic?
Come 2 hrs early for any appointment: Pediatrics, neurology,prenatal care,wic.etc because they take forever! No matter what even the ER. You will be waiting 8hrs like a real job for an appointment.
Don't get ear buds stuck in your ears

It's a hit or miss with the staff at Ron Brown. Today I guess that everyone is hungry OR THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO ACT WHEN SOMEONE IS POLITE TO THEM! I don't want to be called while in the bathroom ?
