I just love the new Emergency room!!! Your own private room, not to mention service have really improved. 20 minute in the waiting room....within 15 minutes I was seen by a physician. Great job!!!
While the doctors and nurses are excellent the wait time for the ortho clinic is often longer then the wait time for emergency room.
Staff gets a lot of traffic. Maybe too much for them to handle. Do what they can. Don't expect to be in & out
