The service received here was excellent! Had to get a new vehicle quickly last minute on a holiday weekend after my previous one broke down on my way to work. The team was very friendly and did their best to help me get back on the road quickly.
I saw a car on Facebook I was interested in. Messaged this dealer and they told me to come to FDM in Spokane. When I get there they told me the car had been moved to a lot in Cheney (consignment lot). So I go there and the car won’t start. They change the battery and it still won’t start. Wasted 2h of my time
they like to vandalize your personal vehicles when you have one inconvenience with them and you live in the same neighborhood mind you i’ve talked to other neighbors and they have also had the same problems with this so called “company” as well
One of their workers sucks at coming out of a wide parallel park. She hit my parked truck. It’s amazing what people can do
usually hate dealing with car shops, but FDM Motors completely changed that. From the second I walked in, Oday (the owner) treated me like family. He actually took the time to explain what was wrong with my car instead of just throwing a price at me. No pressure, no attitude — just straight honesty.
