I placed an order almost a month ago and it was just shipped today. I thought the order was placed but they reached out 3 weeks later to confirm credit card details, after I gave it to them (again) I asked them to ship it that day so I could get it ASAP but they still took a week to ship it out. I specified that I needed this overnight and they sent it via 2 day delivery. Bad communication and terrible attention to detail. Awful company to deal with. I returned my parts last December and they still haven't given me my money back. I have never dealt with a business this bad ever.
Needs experienced leadership.
