Steve and Sean from FDG was amazing today came and fixed my heating and was very polite and professional.
We are happy with our ecoflow battery, which was installed very quickly. Our WiFi signal didn't reach but Chris was really helpful in getting this sorted. The battery seems good and the app is intuitive. We are looking forward to getting the documentation so that we can switch tariffs, but hopefully that will be a efficient as the installation.
Beware of using this company. We had issues with the installation of our PV system back in 2019 which they only rectified when forced to do so by HIES, which they were still a member of at the time. In summer 2025 we contacted them about a fault in the battery and after chasing them up they sent an engineer, but only after we had paid an upfront cost of £399.99. The engineer announced that the battery could not be fixed, and spent the remainder of his time trying to push us into paying thousands of pounds for another battery... read more
FDG have just replaced my older battery with a new EcoFlow smart battery. They were on time, efficient, and did a good job as always. I have used this company for the last 6 years.
