Hi, We are a small non profit from europe and we have been using UK based Linux VPS instances for 5 years. All instances we had were reliable and fully covered our requirements related to custom images. We have contacted support several times over some small guidance and response time was good, probably even better than big competitors.
Stay away, this Data Center is totally unprofessional. We maintain VPS and Dedicated servers in both their UK and USA Data Centers. One month ago we received a same day notification that a planned maintaince would take place in their UK DC with an expected downtime of more than 10 hours. We asked them to postpone this due to the short notice as we could not have our servers offline for so long, but they responded that this cannot be postponed and we had to cooporate.
